CLUTE, Texas — Fire crews responded to Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Clute Monday afternoon after smoke was reportedly seen coming from the store.
A photo obtained by Gulf Coast Times shows multiple fire trucks positioned outside the business as crews responded to the scene.
The Ollie’s location is at 101 Dixie Drive in Clute, according to the retailer’s official store directory.
As of publication, it is not yet clear what caused the smoke, whether an active fire was discovered inside the building or whether anyone was injured.
Gulf Coast Times has not yet located an official statement detailing the incident.
